MyComputerCareer Inc in the United States is seeking an Enrollment Advisor for the Cyber Warrior Program to guide prospective students from initial consult through onboarding, translating shared military values into civilian IT careers.

Qualifications

• Education: HS Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of demonstrated success in target-driven sales environments (direct sales, agency recruitment, or outbound B2B/B2C).
• High-volume activity discipline with pipeline velocity and personal organization.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, video presentation tools, and sales performance dashboards.
• Strong presentation and active-listening skills to translate career goals into enrollments.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth by articulating the value of skills training and delivering compelling presentations.
• Maintain high-volume outreach to advance candidates through the sales funnel.
• Exceed enrollment targets, conversion velocity, and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate grit and resilience, reframing objections into motivation.
• Guide candidates through enrollment milestones: readiness assessments, funding docs, and onboarding.
• Deliver engaging in-person and video consultations that build trust and motivation.
• Support retention initiatives to ensure starts on their scheduled date.
