Job summary

Troy University is seeking an Enrollment Coordinator at the Dothan campus to guide prospective students from inquiry to enrollment. The role involves one-on-one counseling, in-person appointments, and multi-channel outreach (phone, text, email) to attract and enroll students.

Responsibilities include documenting activities in CRM, coordinating with admissions, financial aid, and advisors to commence studies, and supporting enrollment goals with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recruiting and/or sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to meet and maintain auto insurance eligibility requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilize CRM software to communicate with prospective students and document all activities.
• Communicate effectively with prospective students to help enrollment.
• Assist prospects with enrollment requirements, program content, and other areas of the university.
• Work closely with admitting staff to enroll students.
• Collaborate with financial aid and advisors to help students begin classes.
• Assist with unofficial evaluations as needed.
• Assist with walk-in prospective students/applicants and fielding phone calls.
• Monitor and communicate program and policy changes.
• Utilize CRM software to admit students.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Other duties to help admissions meet enrollment goals.
