Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain Inc. seeks an Enrichment Activities Coordinator to design and lead person-centered programs and community outings for individuals with developmental disabilities.

The role emphasizes independence, inclusion, and measurable outcomes, with a focus on safety, documentation, and participant-driven goals. 0–2 years in DD or related services is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities.
• High attention to organization and scheduling.
• Program development, behavioral support and leadership capabilities.
• Willingness to work as part of a team.
• CPR and First Aid certification maintained.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead dynamic, person-centered enrichment programs and community outings.
• Ensure programs reflect participant input and HCBS standards.
• Document and report on participation, outcomes, and safety.
