• Working knowledge of community resources and employers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses to support participant placement and job opportunities.
• Coach participants on confidence-building, resume and cover letter development, interview preparation, and job skills training.
• Document work with participants and track progress toward employment and career advancement.
• Help participants address challenges before and after employment and support ongoing career development.
• Provide exceptional customer service and manage multiple priorities to support participants with varying skill levels.
