Job summary

Easter Seals Goodwill ND, Inc. is seeking a Residential Coordinator to join an interdisciplinary team and coordinate services for individuals with developmental disabilities.

You will supervise staff, ensure documentation, manage finances, transportation, and community engagement while promoting health, safety, and confidentiality. The role emphasizes training, payroll oversight, eligibility and access to benefits, and adherence to ESGWND policies.

Qualifications

• One year of direct experience with people with developmental disabilities.
• DD Certification per MSU program according to schedule.
• CPR and First Aid and/or Therapeutic Responses certification required.
• Ability to conceptualize, develop and implement creative plans.
• Multitask and solve problems independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written, oral and verbal communication skills.
• Exercise discretion, judgment and confidentiality.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of department information and files.
• Ensure compliance with ESGWND policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to support individuals and families.
• Assist staff (DSPs/ESPs) with timely documentation and review results.
• Help people manage finances, access financial assistance, and engage in the community.
• Oversee training and payroll aspects for staff as applicable.
• Support people in meals, personal care, and health needs per doctors' orders.
• Schedule and supervise DSPs/ESPs; maintain effective department operations.
• Recruit, interview, and hire DSPs/ESPs as directed by HR and Directors.
• Document training and HR recordkeeping in line with policies.
