Responsibilities

• Administrative support: copying, scanning, filing, data entry.
• Campus errands delivering documents, mail, and packages.
• Event assistance: setup, staffing, teardown for departmental events.
• Office maintenance: keep common areas and labs clean and stocked.
• Customer service: greet students and visitors and route inquiries.
