Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack software development experience.
• Experience with React.js and Node.js, REST APIs.
• Strong SQL knowledge and data migrations.
• Experience with Docker, Redis, and event-driven architectures.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and deliver high-quality software aligned with goals and standards.
• Lead a small team through coaching, onboarding, and career development.
• Drive engineering excellence via code reviews, testing, tooling, and standards.
• Partner with Product, QA, and engineering to plan and deliver features.
• Own execution by breaking down work, removing blockers, and managing risks.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and clear communication across teams.
