Modular Power Solutions is seeking an Engineering Team Lead to oversee technical engineering activities and manage design teams on high-profile projects. You will develop design plans, manage resources, and ensure deliverables meet client and code requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, deep engineering knowledge, and the ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines with project managers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years engineering experience.
• PE license is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical engineering oversight and design team management.
• Develop and manage design fees and work plans.
• Lead engineers, designers and modeling staff.
• Communicate with PM or Executive on effort and deliverables.
• Act as Engineer of Record for assigned projects.
• Coordinate with city, state, and regulatory agencies.
• Attend design meetings and review project conditions.
