Job summary

Modular Power Solutions, LLC in Texas seeks a Manager of Mechanical Engineering to lead design, development, and analysis of mechanical systems for offsite modular power solutions. You will collaborate with electrical and structural teams, oversee a growing engineering group, and ensure scalable, code-compliant designs aligned with customer requirements.

This senior role requires a PE license, ABET-accredited degree, and 10+ years of experience in large infrastructure or modular projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering is required.
• PE licensure is required; ability to stamp/seal documents.
• At least 10 years of progressive mechanical engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and analysis of mechanical systems for modular power and offsite manufacturing.
• Coordinate with electrical, structural, and manufacturing teams to ensure integrated designs.
• Provide technical direction, mentoring, and engineering standards across the team.
• Review project requirements, specifications, and vendor documentation for compliance.
• Visit job sites for field surveys and design issue resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards and PE stamping where applicable.
