Job summary

Module X Solutions is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to coordinate engineering projects, processes, and cross-functional execution across the engineering organization. The role ensures smooth movement from customer intake to engineering release and production readiness, partnering with Design, Manufacturing, and Applications teams, as well as Operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering or technical project management, or operational leadership experience preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
• Experience supporting cross-functional engineering teams and complex technical projects
• Experience implementing process improvements and operational workflows preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering workflows from project intake through production release
• Coordinate cross-functional communication between Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, and Operations
• Lead development and implementation of engineering stage-gate and handoff processes
• Maintain engineering schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource planning activities
• Facilitate engineering review meetings and track action items to completion
• Develop and maintain reporting tools and performance metrics for engineering projects
• Identify project risks, scheduling conflicts, and process gaps and elevate issues as appropriate
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to engineering operations, project execution, and organizational scalability
• Assist with engineering documentation control and process standardization
• Partner with leadership to support operational planning and organizational scalability
