Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Engineering Manager to design and implement utility-grade electrical power systems for industrial, commercial, and domestic applications.

You will lead engineering and project management across disciplines to deliver cost-efficient solutions, ensure schedules and budgets are met, and maintain high-quality deliverables. Qualifications

• AS or higher in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Ten or more years of experience in electrical design and engineering.
• Five or more years of experience in managing project managers and junior engineers.
• Five or more years of product knowledge of key electrical components of a Protection & Control Panel.

Responsibilities

• Leads the engineering and project management efforts and coordinates multiple disciplines.
• Ensures timely, on-budget delivery with quality deliverables.
• Reviews schedule status and progress with clients and management.
• Develops client relations and mentors staff.
• Prepare, review, and manage electrical documents, wiring diagrams, data sheets, and drawings.
• Coordinate inspections, FAT, and approvals with stakeholders.
