Job summary

Manatal is seeking a Senior Engineering Project Manager to lead and deliver complex engineering programs from planning through closeout. The role blends advanced project management with technical leadership to drive system architecture, risk management, and cross-disciplinary coordination.

You will own schedules, budgets, and technical decisions, mentor engineers, interface with customers and executives, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 3–5 years of overall engineering experience in a relevant industry.
• 2–3 years leading engineering projects or major workstreams with responsibility for both technical outcomes and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Drive engineering and technical aspects of projects from pre-construction through completion as the technical lead.
• Define and refine technical scope, system architecture, and system-level requirements with customers, engineering, and program management.
• Identify technical risks and failure modes; develop mitigation plans and adjust approach as conditions evolve.
• Develop project plans covering timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and monitor day-to-day activities against plan.
• Maintain project documentation including schedules, Azure DevOps records, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Represent technical status and risks to senior leadership and customers; facilitate clear communication.
