Job summary

Rosendin Electric in the United States seeks an Engineering Team Lead to provide technical engineering oversight and design team management for projects. This role combines financial, resource, and technical leadership with mentorship responsibilities.

You will oversee engineers, designers, and modeling staff, coordinate with project managers and owners, and drive value engineering while ensuring compliance with Building and Local Codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction sciences.
• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of Engineering Experience.
• Registration as a licensed US-based Professional Engineer (P.E.) is required.

Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements and develop design fees.
• Prepare and oversee work plans for resources.
• Oversee Engineers, Designers and Modeling staff.
• Communicate effort to Project Manager or Owner for deliverables.
• Lead the Engineering CAC effort with the PM.
• Resolve complex design and coordination issues.
• Coordinate with city, state, and county officials and regulators.
• Attend design meetings with the Design Build Team.
• Visit job sites to review installation and assess conditions.
• Perform Value Engineering studies.
• Act as Engineer of Record for assigned projects.
