Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Team Lead in San Francisco, CA. This role oversees engineering projects, mentors staff, and ensures delivery of design work within scope, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities include leading design teams, coordinating with project managers, and interfacing with city and regulatory bodies. A PE license and strong leadership skills are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar field required.
• Licensed US-based Professional Engineer (P.E.) is required.
• Experience leading engineering teams and managing projects.

Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements and develop design fees.
• Prepare and oversee work plans for engineering and production resources.
• Oversee Engineers, Designers and Modeling staff assigned to team or project work.
• Communicate with Project Manager or Owner on effort and deliverables; lead CAC efforts and coordinate with officials.
