Job summary

Garver Engineering in Tampa, FL seeks a Talent Sourcer to identify, engage, and develop relationships with engineering, technical, and professional talent across our business units. The Sourcer will partner with Garver's Talent Acquisition team to translate business needs into sourcing plans and to build credible engagement for passive candidates.

Qualifications

2+ years in talent sourcing, recruiting, talent research, or a related research-intensive role.
Ability to find qualified people through multiple research methods, not solely keyword searches or inbound applications.
Strong written communication and the judgment to tailor outreach to technical audiences.
Ability to evaluate career history, titles, employers, projects, credentials, geography, and progression to determine conversation suitability.
Organization and persistence to manage multiple searches, document work accurately, and follow through on priorities.
Comfort partnering with recruiters and hiring leaders, receiving feedback, and adjusting search strategy quickly.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and common recruiting, CRM, or applicant-tracking tools.
