Qualificações

• 2+ years in talent sourcing, recruiting, talent research, market intelligence, or related research‑intensive role.
• Proven ability to find qualified people through multiple research methods, not just keyword searches.
• Strong written communication and the ability to tailor outreach to technical/professional audiences.
• Ability to evaluate career history, titles, employers, projects, credentials, geography, and progression for conversations.
• Organized and persistent in managing multiple searches and documenting work.
• Comfort partnering with recruiters and leaders, accepting feedback and adjusting search strategy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and common recruiting/CRM/ATS tools.

Responsabilidades

• Develop focused talent pipelines with target profiles, geography, and priorities.
• Research beyond obvious channels using LinkedIn, associations, licensing databases, events, and more.
• Create candidate interest with concise, personalized outreach and ongoing engagement.
• Turn sourcing activity into usable intelligence by tracking pipelines and outcomes and sharing insights.
