Job summary

Garver is seeking a Talent Sourcer to identify, engage, and develop relationships with engineering, technical, and professional talent across our business. The role partners with the Talent Acquisition team to translate business needs into sourcing plans and build pipelines for critical disciplines.

You will conduct market research on the civil engineering talent landscape, craft personalized outreach, and turn sourcing activity into actionable intelligence for recruiters, while supporting

Qualifications

• 2+ years in talent sourcing or recruiting or related research-intensive roles.
• Ability to identify qualified people through multiple research methods, not just keyword search.
• Strong written communication and the judgment to tailor outreach to technical audiences.
• Ability to evaluate career history, geography, and progression for conversation fit.
• Organized and persistent with multiple searches and deadlines.
• Comfort partnering with recruiters and leaders and adapting strategy quickly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and common recruiting/CRM/ATS tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop focused talent pipelines with clear profiles, geography, and priorities.
• Research beyond obvious channels using diverse sources and market insights.
• Create candidate interest with concise, personalized outreach.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records and monitor activity and outcomes.
