Qualifications

• 2+ years in talent sourcing or related research-focused role.
• Ability to find qualified people through multiple methods beyond keyword searches.
• Strong written communication tailored to technical audiences.
• Ability to evaluate career history, titles, employers, projects, credentials, geography.
• Organization and persistence to manage multiple searches and deadlines.
• Comfort partnering with recruiters and leaders, accepting feedback and adjusting strategy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop focused talent pipelines with target profiles, business need, geography, and priorities.
• Identify and engage passive and active candidates for engineering, technical, and professional roles.
• Build reusable pipelines for current openings and strategic locations.
• Balance pipeline volume with candidate quality and readiness for recruiter review.
• Create talent maps and track market signals affecting search strategy.
• Provide practical market feedback and document repeatable sourcing approaches.
