Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or related research role.
• Ability to identify passive and active candidates across engineering, technical, and professional roles.
• Strong written communication and ability to tailor outreach to technical audiences.
• Ability to evaluate career histories, titles, employers, projects, and geography for fit.
• Organized and persistent; can manage multiple searches and document work accurately.
• Comfort partnering with recruiters and hiring leaders to adjust search strategies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and common recruiting, research, CRM, or ATS tools.
