Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, leadership, and/or sales (internships or clubs count)
- Strong desire for a career in B2B/relationship-based sales
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Urgency and presentation skills with professional demeanor
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Serve as talent solutions expert for the territory and identify target accounts
- Develop and manage customer relationships using CRMs and networking tools
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with decision makers to qualify opportunities
- Negotiate terms to maximize profitability while meeting client needs
- Grow sales and market share within assigned and new accounts
- Support recruiting team in identifying top science and engineering talent
