LINX, a national low voltage contractor, seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Denver to own the full cycle for high-volume recruiting of technicians, lead technicians, foremen and corporate roles. This role partners with Project Managers and HR to move candidates through intake, interviews, background checks, and onboarding.

You’ll source on Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, and through referrals, career fairs, and military programs, maintaining a fast-paced desk with 120–150 hires per year.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally high-volume or hourly hiring.
• Proven ability to manage a large requisition load and prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong phone, interviewing, and closing skills.
• Proficient in Office 365, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Able to work hybrid in Denver, CO (4 days per week in office for the first 90 days).

Responsabilités

• Own requisitions from intake to accepted offer for low voltage Technicians, Lead Technicians, Foremen, and standard corporate roles.
• Source on Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn, and build pipelines through referrals, trade schools, career fairs, and military transition programs.
• Screen, interview, and present candidates, then close offers and move new hires through background, drug screen, and onboarding with our Coordinator and HR team.
• Run intake calls with Project Managers and Superintendents to lock down requirements, pay, start dates, and travel needs.
• Keep hiring managers updated on pipeline status so projects never get surprised.
• Recruit for an assigned customer program or division, such as hyperscale data center construction or Enterprise commercial projects.
