Job summary

Plug is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner in Los Angeles to own full-lifecycle recruiting across engineering, operations, and GTM. You’ll manage end-to-end searches, leveraging Ashby automation and AI tools to build pipelines and coordinate interviews with minimal handoffs.

You’ll work directly with hiring managers, own the candidate experience, and drive closing negotiations. This role requires 5+ years in high-growth tech recruiting and being onsite in Sawtelle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting in a high-growth tech environment.
• Own searches intake through close, with no sourcer or coordinator.
• Experience recruiting both technical and go-to-market roles (engineering, ML, sales, ops, marketing).
• Hands-on Ashby experience and automation of workflows.
• Strong sourcing chops and direct candidate engagement.
• Experience advising on leveling, comp, and search strategy with hiring managers.
• Experience building/defending a candidate experience and using data to drive decisions.
• Based in Los Angeles and able to work onsite in Sawtelle.

Responsibilities

• Own full-lifecycle recruiting across engineering, operations, and go-to-market.
• Manage searches end-to-end from intake to close with minimal handoffs.
• Proactively source, map markets, and build talent pipelines ahead of needs.
• Design structured interview loops, rubrics, and scorecards; coach interviewers.
• Lead compensation discussions in partnership with hiring managers.
• Automate support layers (scheduling, plans, templates) using Ashby and AI tooling.
• Partner with hiring managers to calibrate expectations and timelines.
