Qualifications

• Background in technical recruitment and ability to source and engage engineers and leaders using advanced search techniques.
• Proven ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.
• Genuine interest in engineering and emerging technologies (e.g. AI, robotics, defense).
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with strong drive to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Talent sourcing – identify world-class talent and deliver excellent experiences for embedded clients.
• Talent mapping – proactively build pipelines of engineers and technical experts globally.
• Trusted advisor – provide market insight, salary benchmarking, and hiring strategy guidance.
• Shape the future of the team – contribute to scaling Apera globally with clear progression.
