Job summary

SSOE, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and engineering roles within the A/E industry in the US. You will collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and external partners to deliver top talent and build strong staffing plans.

The role emphasizes passive sourcing, strategic recruitment planning, and market awareness, with occasional travel and a focus on delivering high-quality hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 5+ years of sourcing and hiring in the A/E industry required.
• Experience with passive sourcing, direct candidate outreach, and cold calling.

Responsibilities

• Develop corporate-wide strategic recruitment plan with HR representatives.
• Engage in sourcing, recruitment, screenings, interviews, and may include offer extension.
• Work with HR and business units to prioritize staffing and develop staffing plans.
• Maintain relationships with high-potential candidates for future opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of the A/E marketplace to recommend strategies for attracting talent.
• Identify new and creative sourcing methods for high-quality candidates.
• Track ROI of recruitment efforts and adjust methods accordingly.
• Attend job fairs and events to cultivate candidate relationships in the A/E field.
• Occasional travel may be required.
