The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years in recruiting, preferably in the A/E/C sector. You will build pipelines, ensure OFCCP/EEO compliance, and contribute to AVCON's growth through proactive talent strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 2–3 years recruiting experience in the A/E/C industry preferred.
• Knowledge of EEO/OFCCP regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple requisitions and pipelines for various teams and locations.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates via social media, job boards, colleges/universities and cold outreach.
• Coordinate interviews, pre-screening, assessments, and post-offer steps.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure OFCCP/EEO compliance.
• Build and nurture candidate relationships for future openings.
• Assist with onboarding activities and orientation when needed.
• Establish relationships with partner agencies for candidate sourcing.
