Command Post Technologies, Inc. (CPT) is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist & HR Administrator to support recruiting, onboarding, communications, and HR operations in our Orlando office.

This part-time role (30 hours/week) collaborates with hiring managers and HR leadership in a high-priority environment. You will lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and corporate roles, build pipelines, manage communications, and support onboarding/offboarding while maintaining

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional experience in human resources, talent acquisition, recruiting, or a related field.
• At least one year of hands-on technical recruiting experience.
• Experience using an ATS/HRIS or recruiting analytics tools.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and corporate roles, from sourcing to disposition.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networks.
• Review resumes, screen candidates, and present qualified candidates to managers.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and support offers and pre-employment steps.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and HR communications with leadership and managers.
• Maintain candidate records and monitor recruiting metrics for improvements.
