Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking two strong engineering recruiters to support extensive client projects across aerospace, medical devices, robotics, and EVs. The roles require recruiting across phases, proactive outreach, and rigorous candidate assessment.

The positions offer on-site collaboration four days a week with one remote day, a multicultural teamwork environment, and growth opportunities within a global engineering services leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 1+ year as an Engineering Recruiter.
• 3+ years as Senior Engineering Recruiter.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a multicultural context.
• Autonomous and rigorous work style with technical acumen.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS/CRM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively builds candidate relationships and networks for current and future needs.
• Crafts and sends recruiting emails.
• Executes sourcing searches and manages candidate experience through the process.
• Screen candidates for availability, interest, and fit with business unit needs.
• Maintains accurate pipelines of searches and recruiting activity.

• On-site 4 days a week, 1 day remote each week
• Looking for two strong engineering recruiters. Open to both the experienced engineering recruiter level or senior engineering recruiter level

Responsibilities

• Proactively builds solid and long-term candidate relationships and networks for current and future talent needs, by interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Dice, and Greenhouse)
• Crafting and sending recruiting emails.
• Execute sourcing searches (cold calling, networking, identifying applicant associations/pools/professional groups and affiliations, websites, Boolean searches, targeted companies/individuals etc.), managing candidate experience through the sourcing process.
• Screen candidates to determine availability, interest level, business unit needs, and qualifications
• Establish and maintain accurate and well documented pipelines of searches, recruiting activity, contact data, etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• Experienced Engineering Recruiter experience min. 1 full year
• Senior Engineering Recruiter min. 3 yrs experience
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills to use in a multicultural context
• Autonomous and rigorous person with high technical knowledge
• Microsoft Office experience
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS/CRM, preferred
