Job summary

Bestow is seeking a Support Engineering Manager to lead a security-conscious, high-availability engineering team. You will balance hands-on coding with leadership, owning the support queue, driving incidents to durable fixes, and collaborating with carrier partners and internal stakeholders.

You will guide the team in building self-service tooling, runbooks, and scalable processes, while maintaining strong communication with executives and customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software with 3+ years in a management role.
• Experience supporting enterprise/B2B customers.
• Familiar with Kubernetes and cloud platforms (e.g., GCP).

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Support Engineering team.
• Own the engineering support queue end-to-end.
• Drive incident management and post-mortems.
• Collaborate with carrier partners and internal teams.
