Unknown is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional team focused on platform foundations. You will enable other teams to move quickly and securely while balancing the technical roadmap with product requests.

You will own delivery, people development, and technical standards for security, tooling, and developer experience, and you will mentor engineers in a globally distributed, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software development with 2+ years of engineering leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of scalability, reliability, observability, and security principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional team building foundations to accelerate other teams securely.
• Balance the team's technical roadmap with product requests and communicate priorities and trade-offs.
• Own delivery, people development, and technical standards for security, tooling, and developer experience.
• Partner with Infrastructure on shared platform concerns and mentor engineers in professional development.
