• Manage existing account relationships supporting active client projects.
• Optimize profitability with mid-size accounts.
• Close deals on service-based or time-based contracts; determine proposal and pricing strategy.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and project follow-up.
• Track leads and sales performance in Salesforce.
• Travel to customer sites as needed.
