Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MSc or BSc in engineering or business preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience; ability to establish a network of engineering contacts and customers.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills; coachable and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Creating new business opportunities by prospecting new customers within engineering sectors
• Manage existing account relationships supporting active client projects
• Optimizing business profitability with mid-size accounts
• Close deals on service-based or time-based contracts
• Determine proposal and pricing strategy to close sales and meet commercial objectives
• Interview and match candidates to meet customer needs
• Organize and coordinate commercial relationships with partners
• Build close customer relationships and stay in contact with managers
• Oversee consultant career evolution (annual review, training)
• Build your own team of engineering consultants
• Ensure customer satisfaction and project follow-up
• Manage the P&L for the business unit
• Use Salesforce to track leads and sales performance
• Travel to client sites to understand and develop solutions with technical support
