Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years recruiting experience, engineering recruiting preferred.
• Management experience required.
• Experience in reporting and KPIs preferred.
• Greenhouse ATS knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account managers throughout the recruiting process and report to the US Recruitment Director.
• Mentor, coach and guide recruiters, ensure system compliance across the team.
• Build and nurture candidate relationships via social networks and professional platforms.
• Craft and send recruiting emails to target candidates.
• Conduct sourcing searches and manage candidate experience through the process.
• Provide talent market insights to inform hiring strategies for the US market.
• Develop recruitment campaigns to build diverse pipelines for vacancies.
• Screen candidates for availability, interest, and fit with needs.
• Maintain accurate, well-documented candidate pipelines and activity logs.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and assist with ad hoc projects.
• Navigate and utilize recruitment databases efficiently.
