Danfoss Drives is seeking engineering graduates to join the Sales Development Program in Loves Park, IL. This entry-level role launches a global sales career by rotating through DLS, Inside Sales, Account Management, and commercial operations, building hands-on skills in technology, value selling, and customer partnership.

You’ll gain exposure to multiple verticals, travel as rotations require, and benefit from mentoring, structured workshops, and a path toward leadership within Danfoss Drives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategy and learn our programs through rotation across DLS, Inside Sales, Account Management and more.
• Support customers by understanding their needs and delivering Danfoss solutions with measurable value.
• Develop and execute account strategies with experienced sales teams to win opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering to marketing to turn tech into commercial success.
• Grow leadership and communication skills through mentoring and workshops.
