Danfoss Power Solutions invites you to join its Commercial Leadership Development Program in Plymouth, MN—a two-year launchpad designed to accelerate your path into technical sales leadership. This program blends hands-on rotations with mentoring and exposure to a global technology leader.

You'll experience three eight-month rotations across sales operations, sales development, and account management, learn the full sales cycle, and build a network that spans regions and disciplines.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or Engineering with at least 3 years of professional experience.
• Passion for technology and a career in technical sales.
• Collaborative, global environment with diverse teams.
• Natural relationship-builder with a customer-first mindset.
• Clear and effective communication.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Initiative, curiosity and willingness to challenge the status quo.

Responsibilities

• Become a trusted partner to customers and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Drive sales and marketing initiatives, from market analysis to product launches.
• Support global sales channels and strengthen partner relationships.
• Master the technical aspects of the industry and earn IFPS certification.
