Qualifications

Strong customer focus and willingness to travel 50-75%
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel
Able to work cross-functionally and manage multiple tasks
Willingness to relocate to Flexsteel-chosen markets

Responsibilities

Complete a structured 6-9 month rotational curriculum across functions including: Customer Care, Product Development, Sales Operations & Retail Development, Marketing, Finance & Operations
Work alongside Flexsteel Sales Reps to support account growth and drive results
Present market research and use data to influence and support customers
Develop and execute field sales support plans for a portfolio of accounts
Complete core projects in Sales, Marketing, or Product Development
Prepare and distribute customer-focused reporting and analysis
Participate in professional development focused on communication, time management, and business planning
Promotion and relocation upon successful completion of the program
Perform other duties as assigned
