Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (electrical preferred), Electronics, or related technical field.
• Basic knowledge of electrical test equipment (DMMs, oscilloscopes or similar).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and control schematics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; proactive learner and team player.

Responsibilities

• Develop and test customer self-service tools to improve support experience and issue resolution speed.
• Partner with technical support and repair teams to translate insights into practical troubleshooting solutions.
• Support development and enhancement of control systems for North American repair facility.
• Gain hands-on experience with variable frequency drives, commissioning software, electrical systems, and control technologies.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve troubleshooting processes and technical documentation.
