Job summary

Nordson EFD is seeking high-potential graduates for its Sales Development Program (SDP) designed to accelerate early careers in sales through 18 months of structured rotations across sales processes and direct customer exposure.

Participants relocate anywhere in the United States during and after the program, with rotations in Westlake, OH and East Providence, RI, guided by mentors and real customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Sales Concentration, and Marketing) with GPA ≥ 3.2.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in sales, business development, and commercial growth.
• Self-motivated, curious, and goal-oriented with the confidence to build relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; willingness to learn Nordson products.
• Geographic relocation may be required for rotations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotations across Sales Process, Basic Customer Exposure, and Value Selling.
• Develop customer-facing proposals and learn funnel management tools.
• Present proposals, negotiate, and manage opportunities from start to order.
• Build relationships with customers and internal mentors to accelerate growth.
