Responsabilités

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within engineering and technology sectors.
• Build and manage relationships with existing clients and partners.
• Lead commercial negotiations and close consulting service agreements.
• Define pricing and proposal strategies to win new business.
• Recruit and manage engineering consultants to support client projects.
• Coach and lead teams of Account Managers and Business Managers.
• Monitor project delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.
