Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business, or related field required.
• 7–10 years of Sales or Account Management experience, with senior leaders.
• 3+ years of sales leadership experience.
• Experience selling offshore, international, or global engineering services.
• Engineering or consulting services experience required.
• Established network within engineering, technology, OEM, or Tier 1 preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills for executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead offshore sales initiatives and coach a team of sales professionals.
• Partner with Sales Directors on client visits, presentations, and closures.
• Develop pricing, proposals, and contract strategy for offshore engagements.
• Expand relationships with existing clients to grow offshore share of wallet.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure deliverable offshore solutions.
• Maintain accurate sales activity, forecasts, and opportunities in Salesforce.
• Travel with Sales to customer sites, including international locations.
