Polaris Inc. invites recent engineering graduates to join the Engineering Development Program (EDP), a two-year rotation plan designed to build broad product development experience across design, test, manufacturing, and project engineering.

Participants rotate every six months among sites including Roseau, MN; Wyoming, MN; Medina, MN; Huntsville, AL; Novi, MI; and San Angelo, TX, with relocation assistance provided. Upon completion, move into a full-time engineering role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering with graduation between Aug 2026 and May 2027.
• Minimum GPA 3.0.
• Must be a U.S. person and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Willing to travel and relocate between sites for rotations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Exposure to Design Engineering, Test and Validation, Manufacturing or Operations, and Project/Product Engineering.
• Participate in two-year engineering rotations with mentoring from leadership.
• Transition into a full-time engineering position after successful program completion.
