Job summary

Polaris Inc. invites recent engineering graduates to join the two-year Polaris Engineering Development Program (EDP). You will rotate through design, test/validation, manufacturing, and project engineering with mentoring from business leaders.

Placements may include Roseau, MN; Wyoming, MN; Medina, MN; Huntsville, AL; Novi, MI; San Angelo, TX, with a focus on accelerating your career toward full-time engineering roles after program completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or related field with graduation date between Aug 2026 and May 2027.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
• Must be a U.S. person and not require sponsorship for employment now or in the future.
• Willing to travel and relocate between sites for rotations.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in student organizations/work experiences and strong communication.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint.
