Job summary

The HT Group is seeking a Recruiter in Palo Alto, onsite, to build and maintain a strong engineering, technical, manufacturing, and operations talent pipeline. You will own end-to-end recruiting, collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and priorities.

Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and broad networks to source top passive candidates and drive efficient hiring processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally focused on technical, engineering, or manufacturing positions.
• Proven ability to recruit and source highly skilled technical professionals.
• Strong experience with passive candidate sourcing and hard-to-fill roles.
• Ability to partner effectively with engineering and technical hiring managers.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, job boards, and sourcing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Recruit for engineering, technical, manufacturing, and operations roles, including Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Process, Automation, and Quality Engineers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities.
• Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct candidate screens and build pipelines for hard-to-fill positions.
• Manage multiple requisitions while maintaining strong candidate communication and follow-through.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding with internal teams.
• Provide hiring managers with recruiting updates and market insights.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and track recruiting metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies, recruiting processes, and candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has experience recruiting specialized technical professionals, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers in a fast-paced environment.

Comp: $105-150k

Location: Pal Alto CA (Onsite)

Preferred

• Familiarity with engineering/manufacturing skill sets such as CAD, SolidWorks, PLCs, robotics, CNC, Lean, or Six Sigma.
• Experience with Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, or similar ATS platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
