Job summary

Hargrove and Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a team of engineers and designers in delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

The role requires extensive PM experience, strong cost, schedule, and quality controls, and the ability to manage client relationships and project teams across disciplines. Responsibilities include scope definition, change management, reporting, and ensuring adherence to company procedures and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• Professional Engineering and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) registration preferred.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in engineering and project management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide technical direction to a team of engineers and designers.
• Manage commercial contracts on multiple projects; ensure timely invoicing and change notices.
• Monitor cost, schedule, and quality; track performance against plan.
• Lead planning, reporting, and coordination with client and stakeholders.
• Promote change management and maintain project alignment with scope and budget.
