Job summary

Hargrove Engineers + Constructors seeks a Project Manager to oversee moderately complex engineering projects from scope definition through delivery. You will coordinate with client teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure quality outcomes across disciplines.

• Knowledge of Hargrove project execution procedures.
• Knowledge of company engineering standards and project controls tools.
• Demonstrated proficiency in complex project management.
• Ability to lead a team and deliver on commitments.
• Excellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of project management for moderately complex engineering projects to ensure on-time, on-budget, quality delivery.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables with stakeholders and client teams.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination.
• Monitor progress, manage changes, and report status to client and leadership.
• Coordinate with discipline leads to ensure deliverables and milestones are met.

Education

Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil Engineering
