Job summary

Hargrove EPC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee engineering projects from scope through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, and quality while coordinating cross‑functional teams and client communications.

The ideal candidate holds a B.S. or M.S. in engineering and 10 years of relevant experience, with PE and/or PMP preferred. Strong leadership and change-management skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil Engineering is preferred.
• Professional Engineering and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) registration is highly preferred.
• Up to 10 years of relevant experience in engineering and project management.
• Knowledge of Hargrove project execution procedures.
• Ability to lead a team and manage client relationships in complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality for moderately complex engineering project assignments.
• Coordinate with engineering and client teams; lead weekly coordination meetings.
• Review documentation, vendor submittals, and change notices; ensure compliance with specs.
• Ensure standard project work processes are followed through all phases of engineering, procurement, and construction.
• Drive timely reporting and project closeout; maintain strong client relationships.
