Job summary

Hargrove and Associates, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee moderately complex engineering projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards. You will guide client teams, manage contracts, and coordinate cross-functional resources.

The ideal candidate has up to 10 years of experience in engineering and project management, with PMP or PE credentials, and strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills for a dynamic project environment in the Atlanta area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil Engineering from an accredited university is preferred.
• Professional Engineering and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) registration is highly preferred.
• This position requires up to 10 years of relevant experience in engineering and project management.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of project management for moderately complex engineering projects.
• Manage commercial contracts and ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner.
• Maintain control of project budget, schedule, and quality.
• Coordinate with client team and stakeholders to define scope and deliverables.
• Lead the project team and champion change management to deliver on commitments.
