Job summary

Hargrove Engineers + Constructors is seeking a Project Manager to lead engineering projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality targets. You will manage commercial contracts, invoicing, CNs, and monthly reports, while coordinating teams and client communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Professional Engineering and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) registration preferred.
• Up to 10 years of relevant experience in engineering and project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage moderately complex engineering projects from scope to delivery, on time, within budget and quality expectations.
• Handle commercial contracts, invoicing, CN processing, and monthly reporting (OER) in Vision.
• Lead project teams, coordinate resources, and align client expectations with internal stakeholders.
• Review engineering documents, vendor submittals, and fabrication drawings for compliance and quality.
• Maintain project controls, schedules, and performance budgets; ensure proper documentation and client approval.
• Promote change management culture and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
