Dashiell Corporation, an operating unit of Quanta Services, seeks an Engineering Project Manager to support project controls and EPC engineering. Based in the Chicago area, you will help ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and within budget while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

With a focus on forecasting, deliverables, and change management, you will publish weekly dashboards and assist in risk mitigation to protect milestones and cost targets.

Qualificações

• Three years of project management experience supporting engineering projects.
• Experience with high voltage engineering projects is preferred.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project is required.
• Prior project controls experience is required.
• Detail-oriented with ability to produce accurate reports and proposals.
• Strong critical thinking, data collection and problem solving.
• Excellent written and oral communication for diverse teams.
• Able to prioritize in fast-paced environments and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Assist EPC engineering execution controls including forecasting and progress tracking.
• Collect and validate FTE and cashflow forecasts; support reforecasts with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Project Controls and Accounting on labor coding and accruals.
• Manage engineering deliverables (IFA/IFC) and track milestones and dependencies.
• Monitor procurement readiness and ensure timely engineering inputs.
• Document and track change orders; ensure alignment with scope and cost.
• Develop and publish weekly dashboards showing planned vs actual progress.
• Lead or support status reviews; maintain action logs and audit-ready data.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
