Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Project Leader to manage engineering projects in the Battery Category, providing direction to ensure timely implementation and alignment with value engineering and product support goals.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive design to meet cost and manufacturing requirements, and coordinate with operations, quality, and suppliers to deliver conforming products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field.
• Graduate studies in project management are a plus.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant engineering experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead low to moderately complex engineering projects with minimal direction.
• Schedule, facilitate, and document project meetings; track timelines.
• Manage budgets and schedules, ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate across teams to align milestones and goals.
• Drive design to meet cost, timing, reliability, and manufacturing needs.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Oversee integration of components, materials, and safety/regulatory aspects.
