Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Senior Project Leader to own and drive high‑impact engineering projects across batteries, motors, and electronics. You’ll lead cross‑functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure readiness for mass production while applying DFMA and safety standards.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, robust engineering aptitude, and the ability to navigate a fast‑growing brand in the power tool industry.

Qualifications

• Requires BS in engineering with strong project leadership experience.
• Minimum 10 years engineering experience managing complex projects.
• Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership over moderate to highly complex design projects.
• Guide engineers and designers; review work for quality and schedule.
• Manage project budgets and timelines to meet goals.
• Communicate technical concepts to engineers and non-engineers across sites.
• Lead risk discussions and drive cost, timing, and reliability decisions.
• Oversee design to mass production readiness and DFMA considerations.
• Conduct design and safety reviews; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Schedule meetings; track and report project progress.
